Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized apples
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 piece of ginger root 1″ dia
  • 1 lime, peeled

How to do 

  • Wash all ingredients well and pat dry.
  • Cut the fruits and vegetables into 1-2 inch pieces. 
  • Remove any peels.
  • Place all ingredients in a juicer.
