Weight Loss Juice

This tummy soothing weight loss juice recipe will help you feel better and lose fat fast!
Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized apples
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1 piece of ginger root 1″ dia
- 1 lime, peeled
How to do
- Wash all ingredients well and pat dry.
- Cut the fruits and vegetables into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Remove any peels.
- Place all ingredients in a juicer.
