pear, apple and celery juice
Pears are rich in fibre and help to keep you full.
- 2 pears, chopped
- 2 green apples
- 2-3 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon
How to do
Wash all ingredients and cut them if necessary. Peel the lemon. If you want it to taste a bit more bitter, leave the peel on. Put the ingredients in the juicer. Refrigerate or serve over ice.
